2: Upload a video to YouTube.com using Purple Tuff Degreaser cleaning just about anything and make sure to include “Purple Tuff” within your video title

3: Email your video link to: info@PurpleTuff.com and note that the email with the YouTube video link and original video file entry will be used to contact contest winners and verify mailing address for prize(s). The email should include: Name, Location, Phone number, YouTube video link, and original video file.

4: Tell your friends to find us on Facebook, “Like” our page, and VOTE for your video!

2 monthly winners will be chosen by PurpleTuff.com contests are approximately 45 days each (1) August 1st- September 15th, (2) September 16th – October 31st. Each monthly contest will have a winner of a $ 250.00** VISA Gift card.

Now that we have 2 winners, an overall Grand Prize winner will be voted on by YOU. Tell your friends to find us on Facebook, “Like” our page, and VOTE for your video from among the two monthly contest winners to receive the Grand Prize of $1,000.00** VISA Gift card to the best overall video. The prize will be given to the video chosen by our Facebook fans out of the 2 monthly winner videos voted on by a process of public voting on our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/PurpleTuff). The winners (video with the most “Likes”) name will be published on the PurpleTuff.com website and on our Facebook page and may be used in publicity materials.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

As far as we’re concerned, the main rules are play fair and try not to offend anyone. But just in case, here are some basic rules to go by:

1. The promoter of this competition is PurpleTuff.com.

2. The PurpleTuff.com ‘Bennett Video Contest’ will run 2 times between August 1, 2012 and October 31, 2012, with a contest running for a period of 3 months with each individual month containing a contest. There is no charge to enter, and there is no restriction on the number of entries.

3. PurpleTuff.com reserves the right to amend these dates (for example extending the entry date) without prejudicing any existing entry.

4. HOW TO ENTER: (1)Visit www.facebook.com/PurpleTuff , (2) Click “Like”, (3) Upload your video to YouTube.com (You must include “Purple Tuff” within your video title) and (4) Email your video link and original video file to: info@PurpleTuff.com *

5. PurpleTuff.com will not be liable for any failure of entry receipts, including technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the competition. PurpleTuff.com takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete and/or otherwise invalid.

6. By submitting your video, you automatically agree to the terms & conditions stated here and hold harmless PurpleTuff.com, its employees, and all of its affiliates of any negligence caused by entrant(s) or third parties. Entry must be the original work of the entrant(s) and not infringe the copyright or intellectual property rights of any other individual or organization. Video must be at least 30 seconds long, but no longer than 1 minute.

7. Entrants must be 18 years old or older, unless entered by an adult on behalf of the child under 18. This adult must ensure that full permissions are received for participation, display and adherence to the laws within the city and state in which they reside.

10. PurpleTuff.com will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner’s enjoyment of the prize.

11. By entering, entrants agree to allow the free use of their names, videos, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by PurpleTuff.com.

12. PurpleTuff.com reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in our sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. PurpleTuff.com reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.

13. Once videos have been uploaded and entered then PurpleTuff.com is assigned the right to use these videos and the ideas for their own purposes.

14. This competition is run from PurpleTuff.com US offices and will be governed by US law.

15. The Entry must be an original work created by the entrant, or works to which the entrant owns all copyrights. The entrant represents and warrants that there are no claims or liens with respect to the video, including claims in connection with any music rights, and its contents do not violate or infringe, on the rights of any third party.

16. The Entry should not contain any trademarks, logos, or trade dress owned by others without said against owner’s permission; or any personally identifiable information (personal names, email addresses, street addresses, etc.). The Entry may not have been published previously or entered in another contest.

17. PurpleTuff.com reserves the right to:

refuse to publish on the competition site any videos that it considers offensive or which targets any specific group of individuals. Entrants will be advised and invited to resubmit without the offensive material. Entries submitted through YouTube you are expected to adhere to YouTube’s terms and conditions.

amend the competition rules to exclude any behavior it considers detrimental to other entrants , or to the good name of PurpleTuff.com, employees, and all of its affiliates.

*The email with the YouTube video link and original video file entry will be used to contact contest winners and verify mailing address for prize(s). The email may include: Name, Location, Phone number, YouTube video link, and original video file.

**All prizes will be sent via USPS Mail within 5-10 days after winner is announced. Monthly winners will be announced within 5 days after the last day of the contest. The Grand Prize winner will be selected within 15 days after the duration of the entire contest (end of contest date: October 31, 2012).
